Stained Glass Iris Pattern

Stained Glass Patterns Here is a relatively simple Iris pattern we created for our visitors to enjoy. The level of difficulty on this pattern is for beginners to medium hobbyists as there are not a lot of pieces, and only few of them have any level of complexity. A project such as this would be much easier to complete with the use of a Band Saw, but it could also be all made by hand using a quality Pistol-grip Supercutter or even a plain Glass Cutter combined with a straight-edge of any type, such as a Cork Backed Stainless Steel Ruler.

This particular piece was created at a size of 12" wide by 18" tall, but can easily be resized using the methods described here. Following is a thumbnail of the pattern as well as suggestion for glass color choices.
