Sleepy Eye Stained Glass

For the past 25 years, Sleepy Eye Stained Glass has worked with architects, interior designers and individuals on churches, commercial buildings and private residences to create a distinctive design in glass. Through years of experimentation we have developed a style and method of our own. We use lead came or copper foil technique that may produce a 10 to 5,000 piece window. Our creative procedure begins with design drawing, then moves on to the painstaking selection and cutting of glass, then finally, the grinding, fitting, foiling, straightening, and soldering of the window. Our complete work is then ready for permanent installation, hanging, cabinet panels, doors, skylights, etc. Classes are available for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
